个人简介

中国药科大学药物科学研究院药物代谢动力学重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。曾经在瑞典Umea大学、英国伦敦大学访学,专注于药代动力学、代谢组学研究。在创新药物成药性研究、中药药效物质基础与作用机理研究、血脑屏障损伤、抗抑郁研究等方面取得进展,主持国家级、省部级课题7项。其中“基于药动-药效结合的组分中药与创新中药研发关键技术”获十三五国家重大新药创新专项资助,在包括Biological Psychiatry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacological Research, Acta Pharmacological sinica, Drug Metabolism and Disposition, Metabolomics等高水平专业杂志发表论文75篇,申请发明专利9项,获得授权3项。

参与组织和编写新版中国大百科全书《现代医学》分支《药代动力学》、《代谢组学》、人民卫生出版社研究生教材《药代动力学理论与实践》等。为《药学学报》、《中国药科大学学报》、《中国临床药理学与治疗学杂志》编委、多个SCI期刊杂志审稿人、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程第二层次培养对象。参加研究的一类新药盐酸关附甲素、银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液获得新药证书,研究成果“银杏二萜内酯强效应组合物的发明及制备关键技术与应用”获国家级技术发明二等奖、“临床前药物代谢动力学关键技术与研究体系”获国家科技进步二等奖、“中药药代动力学关键技术体系的创新及应用”与“细胞药代动力学新理论技术体系的创建及其在新药研发和临床用药中的应用”获江苏省科技进步一等奖。
