本课题组长期聚焦肠黏膜稳态维持机制及其在疾病中的调控作用。在上皮再生与屏障调控方面，我们揭示了神经内分泌轴对肠上皮的双重调控机制：

GABA能信号通过ATM–p53–Wnt通路促进肠干细胞凋亡，而催产素通过驱动MUC2岩藻糖基化增强黏液屏障功能。

基于该机制，我们进一步将临床药物氟马西尼拓展应用于放化疗相关肠损伤的干预，为缓解胃肠道副作用提供了新的治疗策略。

在免疫调控方面，我们发现巨噬细胞通过表观转录调控与翻译重编程的协同机制，动态维持肠道黏膜免疫稳态。

I am a PI with a strong background in gastroenterology, immunology, epigenetics, and cancer biology. 

My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying intestinal inflammation,

colorectal cancer, and therapy resistance, with a particular emphasis on epigenetic regulation — including 

RNA modifications, codon-dependent translation, and non-canonical signaling pathways.

当前，课题组正重点布局复杂“mini器官”系统的构建与应用，致力于推动体外模型向更高层次生理拟态发展。
